TURNAROUND TIME
Once you complete this marketing request, your project will be entered in the queue. Please remember that the marketing team receives multiple requests per week and projects are prioritized by program date and agency priorities.

OUTSIDE PRINTING/MAILING
Jobs of 100+ copies can take up to one week for delivery, while projects requiring new copy and design can take 2-6 weeks, before a proof is provided for review, depending on complexity. Jobs that need to be mailed can take up to 8 weeks from request submission to delivery in homes.
